'Strong Women for Healthy Country' Forum

2024 'Strong Women for Healthy Country' Forum

The RFDS Nursing team was invited to provide First Aid and health promotion at the annual 'Strong Women for Healthy Country' Forum at Crab Claw Island, NT.

Coinciding with Women's Health Week, the forum is dedicated to empowering Indigenous women caring for Country and has grown to include more than 250 women rangers, Elders, healers, artists and community workers from more than 40 NT communities.

Spotlighting women’s health issues across all ages in a culturally safe environment on the beautiful banks of Larrakia Country — an incredible way to cap off another wonderful Women’s Health Week!
