We’re looking for a strategic relationship builder to lead a passionate and high-performing team to grow corporate giving and secure impactful partnerships that drive revenue for the vital work of the RFDS.
In this key management role, you’ll be responsible for contributing to our ambitious annual revenue target by overseeing a diverse portfolio of partners and actively securing new opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Partnerships team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture aligned with RFDS values and strategy.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and community partners, ensuring strong engagement and long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives, including proposals, contract reviews, and partnership opportunities to drive revenue and impact.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver partnership campaigns that align with organisational goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct research and maintain data integrity to identify growth opportunities and ensure informed, transparent partnership management.
- Success in managing and growing corporate or philanthropic partnerships, with a track record of driving revenue.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic thinking with problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Fundraising, or related field, with 5–7 years’ experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
