The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section (RFDSSE) is an organisation that requires little introduction. As we fly towards our 100 year anniversary our name is cemented in Australian history as a trusted healthcare provider to the communities we serve.

We’re now seeking a Health Program and Project Director to deliver efficient and effective solutions in line with our 5 year strategy.

What will you be responsible for?

• Lead and manage the development, implementation and evaluation of complex projects and transitioning them into BAU

• Define project scopes, timelines and KPI’s

• Identify opportunities for grants and submissions that are successfully won

• Manage stakeholder relationships

• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

What experience do you have?

• Extensive management experience within health service management, program management and strategic planning

• Experience in grant/proposal writing

• Working knowledge of digital health and it’s future

• An understanding of health research and commitment to work with stakeholders in the sector
