We are currently seeking a B1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) to join our team based in Jandakot. Reporting to the Senior Engineer, this full-time role works Monday to Friday and will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance on aircraft and equipment in accordance with RFDS manuals and procedures.


About You


You will be technically minded and creative in your approach to work and finding solutions to issues. While working in a small team, you will be able to interpret and analyse complicated information and put your findings into practice. You should also possess a Certificate III in Mechanical Aero skills.


About the Role


Working under the guidance of a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME), you will: 

- Dismantle, inspect, test, repair, and reassemble aircraft engines and subassemblies of airframes.
- Replace parts and subassemblies of airframes.
- Replace and test aircraft oxygen system components.
- Maintain aircraft and carry out regular inspections.
- Maintain records of action taken.
