About this Opportunity
This is an exciting time to join us in the role of Operations Manager, Darwin. In this role you will be required to work closely with Medical and Nursing Clinical Managers, Deputy Head of Flight Operations, and Senior Base Engineer to manage the delivery of aeromedical and charter services at our Darwin base.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have experience in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team, in a rural, regional and culturally diverse context.
You will skilfully maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of business priorities. You will have:
Significant experience in leading and managing staff, capacity to influence, build and manage internal and external relationships and coordinate teams of diverse interests to achieve agreed objectives.
Demonstrated success influencing and achieving culture change and the ability to lead a change management program.
Highly developed skills in the effective management of human, physical and financial resources.
A collaborative style that supports building capability and encouraging teamwork.
