Are you passionate about building leadership capability, driving change, and fostering a culture of continuous learning? We’re looking for an experienced Organisational Development Manager to lead our leadership development, learning & development (L&D), organisational development (OD), change management frameworks, knowledge management, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

About the Role


In this key role, you will be well supported to:
• Design and implement leadership development programs to nurture future-ready leaders.
• Develop and execute L&D strategies that support professional growth and business goals.
• Lead OD initiatives to enhance culture, performance, and engagement.
• Establish robust change management frameworks to drive smooth transitions and business transformation.
• Create and implement knowledge management practices to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with business needs and priorities.

About You


You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to influence and inspire at all levels.

You bring

• Proven experience in organisational development, leadership development, and L&D.
• Strong expertise in change management frameworks and driving transformation.
• A passion for knowledge management and sharing best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
