People and Culture Projects Officer
In this role your primary focus is building upon the work already completed to implement Dayforce HRIS modules in a phased approach. You’ll operate as the Lead People SME working with a collaborative Projects team of experts in their respective fields.
You don’t need to be a technical expert – just someone who genuinely enjoys systems and how they work, and have experience in HR.
Key responsibilities are to support the implementation of Dayforce
· HR Lead for all Dayforce People related module requirements including collaborating with SME’s and key stakeholders, mapping business processes and system configuration to ensure a smooth implementation and end user engagement.
· Training in conjunction with the Training Lead support the identification of training needs for end users (People team, Leaders and Team Members) to develop training content, deliver training face to face and online, and additional supporting material as required such as how to Guides
· Testing including UAT, testing scenario identification
· Go Live and Hypercare Support to support end-users on functionality and adoption, experience, efficiency and system performance
· Identifying changes to existing processes and procedures to align with Dayforce
About you
· Previous HR Experience at Administrator or Coordinator level
· Previous experience with HRIS (Dayforce preferred)
· Strong attention to detail
· Prior experience in implementation of HRIS (either leading or as part of broader project team / SME) (preferred)
· Able to take initiative, problem solve and leverage an analytical an enquiring mind
· Strong ability to priortise, plan and meet deadlines
· Collaborative, adaptable with a passion for teamwork and service delivery
· Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products, internet based applications and database management software
