We wish Dr Martin Laverty, former Federation CEO, all the best in his new role as the Secretary General of the Australian Medical Association (AMA).
Over five years Martin accomplished great progress for the RFDS. Securing funding for expanded RFDS services including the dental and mental health programs, establishing the RFDS presence in Canberra, and initiating the RFDS research and advocacy agenda. We sincerely thank him for his great contributions to the service, his achievements will have a lasting impact.
