At RFDS Victoria, we are committed to fostering a positive, fair, and equitable workplace where everyone can thrive, regardless of gender or identity.

The Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Gender Pay Gap report is crucial in tracking our progress in gender equality and equity. This report guides us in creating a fair workplace for all employees, including the new requirement to report CEO remuneration in 2023-24. RFDS Victoria's gender pay gap has improved and remains favourable towards women, highlighting our leadership in this area.

The WGEA report informs our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Roadmap 2023-26, emphasising the need for continued action on internal structures and policies to eliminate inequity. We are committed to educating our team and enhancing our policies to improve gender equity and pay parity.

We look forward to the positive impact of these efforts on our workforce and the communities we serve.
