The Outback Car Trek is an annual event that raises funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service. The Trek is an event for older 2WD cars, and all of the cars are specially prepared to cope with the fun of Outback and remote dirt road driving.
About the Trek
The 31st Outback Car Trek will take place in 2020. Over 30 years the trekkers have raised in excess of $30 million for the RFDS! In 2020, the Trek will start in Wagga Wagga, NSW on 30th May and end in Wamuran, QLD on 6th June.
The Trek is all about:
• Having fun
• Seeing parts of Australia that most people only dream about visiting
• Contributing socially and financially to the towns visited
• Raising vital funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service

Sunday 31st May - Wagga Wagga to Lake Cargellio
Monday 1st June - Lake Cargellio to Cobar
Tuesday 2nd June - Lake Cargellio to Cobar
Wednesday 3rd June - Dubbo to Gunnedah
Thursday 4th June - Gunnedah to ?
Friday 5th June ? to Kingaroy
Saturday 6th June - Kingaroy to Wamuran
