Celebrating Hardy’s first birthday was joyous, made even more so because his birth was life-threatening. At 32-weeks pregnant, Caitlin was rushed from Lightning Ridge to Sydney in premature labour with serious complications.
Thanks to you, both Caitlin and Hardy are here, surrounded by family, to mark this special milestone.
Hardy is thriving, and he is a true little fighter. His days as a cheeky one-year-old are filled with laughter and wrestling with his big brothers.
He’s learnt to crawl at lightning speed and loves riding his little bike, exploring everything around him, unless his brothers are there to carry him.
Thankfully, Hardy loves his veggies and is reaching his childhood milestones. Caitlin was overwhelmed to receive hundreds of birthday cards from supporters like you who helped save both their lives.
