GENERAL
Promotions and the Promoter
1.These terms and conditions apply to the following promotion being run by the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (Queensland Section) Limited: Provide feedback and go into a quarterly draw to win a $100 Woolworths voucher (Promotion).
2. Further details on the Promotion are set out below. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.

ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER
4. Entry to the Promotion is open to individuals who provide feedback as part of the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (Queensland Section) Limited supporter feedback survey, sent via SMS after signing-up to become a member of the RFDS QLD Support Crew ((Eligible Entrants))
5. Eligible Entrants must be over the age of 24 to participate in the Promotion. Proof of age may be required upon claiming the prize. Entrants under the age of 24 are not eligible to enter the Promotion. If a winner is under the age of 24, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse ownership of the prize and conduct a redraw.
6. Directors, management, employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter, retailers, suppliers, associated entities and agencies associated with any of the Promotions are ineligible to enter.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
7. The Promoter collects personal information about Eligible Entrants, including the information they provide when entering the Promotion.
8. The Promoter collects this personal information for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and awarding the prize to Eligible Entrants (where applicable), facilitating the Promoter’s internal business operations, including the fulfilment of any legal requirements, as well as providing Eligible Entrants with information about how they can support the Promoter to help make a difference to regional, rural and remote Australian communities.
9. By entering the Promotion, the Eligible Entrant consents to the Promoter using and disclosing their personal information to the Promoter’s agencies, affiliated organisations and other third parties engaged to provides services in connection with the Promotion, including to contact the Participant in relation to the Promotion.
10. If the personal information provided to the Promoter is incomplete or inaccurate, the Promoter may not be able to process an Eligible Entrant’s entry into a Promotion.
11. More detailed information about the way the Promoter uses, discloses and secures personal information, how the Eligible Entrant can access and correct that information, and how the Eligible Entrant can make a complaint about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles can be found in the Promoter’s privacy policy here www.flyingdoctor.org.au/privacy-policy/.
12. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting the Promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of the Promotion.
15. Any winner of the Promotion has rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by the Promoter. However, to the extent that it is permitted to do so, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference;
(c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(d) any variation in market value to that stated in these terms and conditions;
(e) any tax implications;
(f) or the prizes or use of the prizes.
16. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage, or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches.
17. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any or all of the Promotion or amend these terms and conditions.

PROMOTION
Provide feedback and go in the draw to win a $100 Woolworths voucher, drawn quarterly.

PROMOTION PERIOD
18. This Promotion commences at 08.00 AEST on 03/10/2025 and runs on a quarterly basis, with the first draw taking place on 06/01/2025. Subsequent draws will occur at three-month intervals. The Promotion will continue until further notice or unless otherwise stated.

HOW TO ENTER
19. To enter, Eligible Entrants must provide feedback about their sign-up experience to the RFDS Supporter Crew as requested by the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (Queensland Section) Limited via the provided survey link, sent via SMS experience.
10. Each completed feedback form entitles the Eligible Entrant to one valid entry into the quarterly draw. Entries do not roll over; entrants can only provide feedback once.

PRIZE
21. There is one prize per quarter: a $100 Woolworths voucher.
22. This prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
23. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value subject to any contrary direction from a regulatory authority.

DRAW DATE AND TIME
24. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be included in the draw. The first quarterly draw will take place at 3.00pm AEST on 06/01/2025, with subsequent draws held every 1st Monday of every third month following the previous draw.
25. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner for that quarter.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY
26. The winner will be notified via phone or email within 48 hours of each quarterly draw.
27. The Prize will be delivered to the winner via post within 28 days of the Prize Draw Date.

UNCLAIMED PRIZES
28. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the winner.
29. If the prize remains unclaimed within 72 hours, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at Level 4, 5-7 Lobelia Circle Brisbane Airport QLD 4008.
30. The winners of an unclaimed prize draw will be notified in the same manner as set out in item 26 above.

OTHER
31. Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided as part of the redemption of a Prize should be directed to the Promoter.
