Where is the clinic?
The clinic is co-located in the Primary Care Centre Robinvale District Health Service (RDHS), 128 Latje Road, Robinvale.
When is the clinic open?
The clinic is open Monday-Friday from 9am-1pm, 2-5pm.
We are closed all public holidays.
Outside of our operating hours, in case of emergency dial 000 or present to RDHS urgent care.
Who can access services at Health Group in Robinvale? Can I go to the clinic if I don’t have a Medicare card?
Everyone can access services at Health Group in Robinvale. You may still come to the clinic without a Medicare card, however, there may be a small extra charge for your appointment.
It is important to realise there are limits to the number of patients that our doctors can see. We try to minimise wait times and will book appointments as soon as possible for anyone within the Robinvale community.
Is Dr Neyland leaving the clinic?
No. However, Dr Neyland is currently on maternity leave. Once she returns from maternity leave, she will continue to treat her patients.
What is an in-clinic video-conference appointment?
Some of the doctors you might see at the clinic are not located in Robinvale, though they regularly visit.
To make sure we can meet the needs of patients, doctors continue to see patients between trips through in-clinic video-conferencing appointments. This means the doctor will be on a computer screen talking to the patient and a nurse in a room at the clinic. Being in the clinic ensures good internet connectivity and privacy and having a nurse present means patients can still have physical measurements taken, like heart rate and blood pressure.
Anyone can book one of these appointments.
Can I get my pain medication prescription from RFDS Health Group?
Any drugs of addiction (e.g. pain killers or sleeping tablets) will not be prescribed by our health professionals unless clinically indicated, e.g. for post operative or palliative needs.
