The Royal Flying Doctor Service has been granted a number of grants to our various companies for just over $500,000 in fuel rebate from the Australian Government’s Australia Airline Financial Relief Package (AAFRP).
The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications developed the relief package to help reduce operational cost pressures in the domestic airlines industry during these trying times.
Fuel waiver is one of five measures offered by the Australian Government which has committed up to $715 million in financial assistance for operating domestic commercial air services from 1 February to 30 September 2020.
