Our Paramedicine and Industrial Health Team delivers essential primary, occupational, and emergency health care across some of the most isolated areas of Western Australia, the Northern Territory and offshore.
Our team of Intensive Care Paramedics, Paramedics, Industrial Nurses, and Emergency Services Officers (ESOs) bring health and safety to high-risk, remote environments, supporting workers on the frontlines of Australia's resource industries.

About your role
- Provide direct emergency, primary, and preventative health care in diverse settings, from mining sites to offshore oil rigs.
- Collaborate with an experienced team to ensure rapid, top-tier response in high-pressure environments.
- Work independently while backed by the expertise and support of RFDS WA doctors and clinical teams.

What you'll need
- You must reside in the state of the role you are applying for.
- Additional certifications and qualifications will be required depending on site.
Emergency Services Officer
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an ESO or equivalent.
- Previous experience in developing Emergency Response plans & strategies
- Certificate IV Healthcare (Ambulance) or equivalent
- Certificate III Emergency Rescue and Response or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s Licence (Manual and unrestricted)
- 4WD - Operate & Maintain certification or willing to undertake
